DTC B1035[51] Immobilizer Security Code Not Programmed (Wireless Access Module (Mid-version/Lo-version [Except Passive Entry and Start System]))

1. DTC B1035[51] description

The wireless access module stores the security code for immobilizer authentication, secret key information, and transponder information. If the wireless access module detects that the security code is not programmed, the DTC is set.

2. Condition for setting DTC B1035[51]

Condition for running the DTC

  • Models with immobilizer function
  • The ignition switch is ON.

Condition for setting the DTC

  • The wireless access module detects that the security code is not programmed.

3. Action taken when DTC B1035[51] sets

  • If this DTC is set before the engine is started, the engine cannot be started.

When the ignition switch is ON:

  • The key monitor warning light illuminates.
