DTC B1715[16] Intake Actuator Position Sensor: Short to Ground (Auto A/C)

1. DTC B1715[16] description

The actuator position sensor detects the operation status of the motor. The auto A/C control unit controls the motor based on the signals from the actuator position sensor. The output voltage of the actuator position sensor becomes higher as the motor rotates counterclockwise. The auto A/C control unit sets this DTC if the signal voltage from the intake actuator position sensor is lower than the normal range.
