・The TCCM detects that the battery voltage is less than 9 V for 10 seconds. |
・The TCCM illuminates the check 4WD warning light when the diagnostic runs and fails. ・The TCCM is reset after the ignition switch turns OFF. |

・The CAN1 is normal. ・The engine speed status is normal. |
・The TCCM detects that the battery voltage is more than 18 V for 10 seconds. |

・The TCCM receives a failure message of the position sensor from the transfer actuator. |
・The TCCM illuminates the check 4WD warning light when the diagnostic runs and fails. ・The TCCM is reset after the ignition switch turns OFF. ・If the DTC is set while the transfer actuator is stopped, the TCCM maintains the stop of the transfer actuator. ・If the DTC is set while the transfer actuator is driven, the TCCM assumes the hall sensor signal and continues the control. |

・The battery voltage is 10 to 16 V. ・No malfunction is detected on the transfer motor position sensor. ・The CAN2 is normal. |
・The TCCM detects that the 2-4 switch is OFF for 10 seconds even though the shift-on-the-fly actuator is stopped and the transfer motor position is 4H or 4L. |
・The TCCM illuminates the check 4WD warning light when the diagnostic runs and fails. ・Only when the transfer actuator operation is completed and the transfer motor position is 4H or 4L, the shift-on-the-fly actuator is forcibly driven to the four-wheel drive side. ・The TCCM is reset after the ignition switch turns OFF. |

・The battery voltage is 10 to 16 V. ・No malfunction is detected on the transfer motor position sensor. ・The CAN2 is normal. |
・The TCCM detects that the 2-4 switch is ON even though the shift-on-the-fly actuator is stopped and the transfer motor position is 2H. |
・The TCCM illuminates the check 4WD warning light when the diagnostic runs and fails. ・Only when the transfer actuator operation is completed and the transfer motor position is 2H, the shift-on-the-fly actuator is forcibly driven to the two-wheel drive side. ・The TCCM is reset after the ignition switch turns OFF. |

・The TCCM detects an open circuit or short to ground either in the shift-on-the-fly actuator drive A circuit or in the shift-on-the-fly actuator drive B circuit. |
・The TCCM illuminates the check 4WD warning light when the diagnostic runs and fails. ・The current transfer position is retained. ・If a shift-on-the-fly actuator malfunction is detected during the transfer actuator operation, the status after the transfer actuator operation has completed will be retained. ・The TCCM is reset after the ignition switch turns OFF. |

・After the conditions for setting a DTC are met, the TCCM detects a CAN Bus off status. |
・The TCCM illuminates the check 4WD warning light when the diagnostic runs and fails. ・Shifting of the transfer is limited. ・The TCCM controls the system, assuming that the vehicle is in gear. |

・The TCCM detects that the CAN Bus messages from the ECM are not being received for 3 seconds while the ignition switch is ON. |
・The TCCM illuminates the check 4WD warning light when the diagnostic runs and fails. ・The TCCM assumes a default engine speed value. ・The TCCM assumes a default vehicle speed value. ・The TCCM controls the system, assuming that the vehicle is in gear. ・The TCCM controls the system, assuming that the clutch SW is OFF. |

・The ignition voltage is 10 to 16 V. |
・The TCCM detects that the CAN messages from the transfer actuator are not being received for 3 seconds. |
・The TCCM illuminates the check 4WD warning light when the diagnostic runs and fails. ・If the DTC is set while the shift-on-the-fly actuator is stopped, the TCCM maintains the stop of the shift-on-the-fly actuator. ・If the DTC is set while the shift-on-the-fly actuator is driven, the TCCM continues the drive control until the conditions for stopping the shift-on-the-fly actuator drive are met. ・The TCCM inhibits switching between 2WD and 4WD and between 4H and 4L. |
