1. DTC B1089[41] description
This diagnosis is performed on the microprocessor inside the wireless access module.
2. Condition for setting DTC B1089[41]
- The wireless access module detects EEPROM check sum errors.
3. Action taken when DTC B1089[41] sets
- The wireless access module stops authentication of the electronic key or ECM.
When the engine start/stop button is pressed:
- The key monitor warning light illuminates for 10 seconds.
- CHECK SYSTEM will be displayed on the multi-information display for 10 seconds.
- The buzzer built into the instrument panel cluster will sound for 10 seconds.
When the power mode is ON:
- The key monitor warning light illuminates.
When door locking/unlocking is requested:
- The key monitor warning light illuminates for 10 seconds.
- CHECK SYSTEM will be displayed on the multi-information display for 10 seconds.
- The external buzzer will sound for 10 seconds.
