DTC B1E07[65] Transmission No Response (Wireless Access Module (Mid-version/Lo-version [Except Passive Entry and Start System]))

1. DTC B1E07[65] description

When the ignition switch is turned ON, the wireless access module starts transponder authentication via the immobilizer coil. When the wireless access module transmits a signal, the transponder must send back a specific response signal. During transponder authentication, if the wireless access module cannot receive a response signal from the transponder, the DTC is set.

2. Condition for setting DTC B1E07[65]

Condition for running the DTC

  • Models with immobilizer function
  • The ignition switch is ON.
  • When authenticating with a transponder

Condition for setting the DTC

  • The wireless access module detects that response signals from the transponder cannot be received.

3. Action taken when DTC B1E07[65] sets

  • If this DTC is set before the engine is started, the engine cannot be started.

When the ignition switch is ON:

  • The key monitor warning light illuminates.
