・The ignition switch is ON.
Any of the following are met:
・The BCM detects a short to ground in the rain and light sensor ignition power supply circuit for 2.5 seconds or more.
・The BCM detects an overloading to the rain and light sensor ignition power supply circuit for 2 seconds or more.
・If the light control switch is in the AUTO position, the headlight (low beam) illuminates.
・If a malfunction is detected during the automatic wiper operation, the wiper is continuously controlled with the wiper request sent before the malfunction is detected.
・If the ignition switch is turned OFF or if the windshield wiper switch is set to the AUTO position again after a malfunction is detected during the automatic wiper operation, the wiper is intermittently controlled.
