1. DTC C1726[49] description
The BCM controls the headlight output circuit according to the signal input from the light control switch and illuminates the headlight. If the BCM detects a malfunction in the headlight (right) low beam output circuit, the DTC is set.
2. Condition for setting DTC C1726[49]
Condition for running the DTC
- The BCM commands the headlight (right) low beam ON.
Condition for setting the DTC
- The BCM detects an internal malfunction in the headlight (right) low beam output circuit.
3. Action taken when DTC C1726[49] sets
- For models with LED headlights, the LED headlight warning light illuminates.
- For models with MID, RH Headlight failure is displayed.
- The output of the headlight (right) low beam is stopped.
- Current and past failures are set.
