1. DTC C1727[96] description
The BCM monitors the illumination status of the LED headlight. When the LED headlight detects any abnormal conditions, it sends the error signal to the BCM. If the BCM receives an error signal of the LED headlight (left) low beam, the DTC is set.
2. Condition for setting DTC C1727[96]
Condition for running the DTC
- The BCM commands the headlight (left) low beam ON.
Condition for setting the DTC
- The BCM receives an error signal of the LED headlight (left) low beam for 2 seconds or more.
3. Action taken when DTC C1727[96] sets
- The LED headlight warning light illuminates.
- For models with MID, LH Headlight failure is displayed.
- The output of the LED headlight (left) low beam is turned ON regardless of the input light control switch signal.
- Current and past failures are set.
