DTC B1709[12] Interior Light Output Circuit Short to Battery (BCM)

1. DTC B1709[12] description

The BCM controls the interior light. If any door is opened or unlocked with the keyless entry function while the dome light switch and map light switch are in the DOOR position, the BCM illuminates the dome light and map light. If the BCM detects a malfunction in the interior light Low side output circuit, the DTC is set.
