1. DTC C052B[1C] description
The EHCU monitors the system voltage. If the EHCU detects an abnormal system voltage, this DTC is set. A deteriorated battery may cause this DTC to be set.
2. Condition for setting DTC C052B[1C]
Condition for running the DTC
- The vehicle is running at a speed of 6 km/h {3.7 mph} or more.
Condition for setting the DTC
Any of the following are met:
- The EHCU detects that the battery power supply is less than 6.2 V for 1 second.
- The EHCU detects that the battery power supply is 16.5 V or more for 1 second.
3. Action taken when DTC C052B[1C] sets
- ABS warning light illumination
- Brake system warning light illumination
- ESC warning light illumination (Models equipped with ESC)
- ABS control inhibition
- TCS control inhibition (Models equipped with ESC)
- If a malfunction occurs during the EBD control, the control is continued. However, the control is inhibited except during the EBD control.
- ESC control inhibition (Models equipped with ESC)
- HSA control inhibition (Models with ESC)
- ISS control inhibition (Models with ESC)
- Hill Descent Control inhibition (Models with ESC)
- Brake Assist control inhibition (Models with ESC)
- ESS control inhibition (Models with ESC)
- Trailer sway control inhibition (Models equipped with ESC)
- External braking request brake retention control inhibition (Models equipped with stereo cameras)
- External braking request brake pressurization control inhibition (Models equipped with stereo cameras)
