1. DTC C0063[4A] description
The yaw rate sensor is built into the EHCU and detects the turning of the vehicle. When the EHCU detects a malfunction in the yaw rate sensor, this DTC is set.
2. Condition for setting DTC C0063[4A]
Condition for running the DTC
- The ignition switch is ON.
Condition for setting the DTC
- The EHCU detects a signal malfunction in the yaw rate sensor.
3. Action taken when DTC C0063[4A] sets
- ABS warning light illumination
- ESC warning light illumination (Models equipped with ESC)
- ABS control inhibition
- If a malfunction occurs during the EBD control, the control is continued. However, the control is inhibited except during the EBD control.
- ESC control inhibition (Models equipped with ESC)
- HSA control inhibition (Models with ESC)
- ISS control inhibition (Models with ESC)
- Hill Descent Control inhibition (Models with ESC)
- Brake Assist control inhibition (Models with ESC)
- ESS control inhibition (Models with ESC)
- Trailer sway control inhibition (Models equipped with ESC)
- External braking request brake retention control inhibition (Models equipped with stereo cameras)
