DTC U0155[00] Lost Communication With Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Control Module (Parking Aid)

1. DTC U0155[00] description

The parking aid system control unit communicates the control information with the instrument panel cluster via the CAN communication circuit. If the parking aid system control unit cannot receive the control information sent from the instrument panel cluster, the DTC is set.

2. Condition for setting DTC U0155[00]

Condition for running the DTC

  • The ignition switch is ON.

Condition for setting the DTC

  • The parking aid system control unit detects that the control information sent from the instrument panel cluster cannot be received for 2 seconds or more.

3. Action taken when DTC U0155[00] sets

  • The obstacle detection function is deactivated.
  • The master warning light illuminates.
  • The parking aid system OFF indicator light illuminates.
  • Current and past failures are set.
