DTC P1267 Common Rail Pressure Relief Valve Circuit 1 Low Voltage (4JJ3 with DPD)

1. DTC P1267 description

If the ECM detects a malfunction in the PCV charge voltage circuit, the DTC is set.

2. Condition for setting DTC P1267

Condition for running the DTC

  • The battery voltage is 9 to 16 V.
  • The ignition switch is ON.
  • The engine is running.

Condition for setting the DTC

  • The ECM detects a low voltage malfunction in the PCV charge voltage circuit for 2 seconds or more.

3. Action taken when DTC P1267 sets

  • The ECM illuminates the MIL. Refer to Action taken when DTC sets - Type A.

  • The ECM limits the fuel injection quantity.
  • The ECM inhibits engine startup.
  • The ECM inhibits the EGR control.
  • The ECM inhibits the cruise control.

4. Condition for clearing DTC P1267

  • Refer to Conditions for clearing the MIL/DTC - Type A or Type B.
