=>Go to Headlight auto leveling control unit harness connector inspection.
No
Repair the connections as necessary.
1) Inspect for poor connections at the headlight auto leveling control unit harness connector (pins 6, 7, and 9 of C99). Is the connection status normal?

No
Repair the connections as necessary.

=>Go to Inspection for short to ground in right headlight leveling actuator power supply circuit.
No
=>Go to Headlight replacement.
1) Turn OFF the ignition switch.
2) Disconnect the headlight auto leveling control unit harness connector (C99).
3) Inspect the power supply circuit between the headlight auto leveling control unit (pin 6 of C99) and the right headlight leveling actuator (pin 3 of C26) for the following. Is the result normal?

Yes
=>Go to Headlight auto leveling control unit replacement.
No
Repair the circuit as necessary.
1) Turn OFF the ignition switch.
2) Disconnect the left headlight leveling actuator harness connector (C27).
3) Turn ON the ignition switch.
4) Connect a test lamp between the left headlight leveling actuator (pin 3 of C27) and the battery power supply with a DMM. Does the test lamp illuminate?
Refer to "LHD Headlight Leveling (Auto Leveling)" in the ETM (wiring diagram). (Open using the ETM viewer.).
Yes
=>Go to Inspection for short to ground in left headlight leveling actuator power supply circuit.
No
=>Go to Headlight replacement.
