=>Go to Instrument panel cluster setting verification.
1) Display the Module Information parameter with a scan tool.
2) Verify that the GLOW Indicator setting is Available. Is the GLOW Indicator setting Available?

Replace the instrument panel cluster.

No
Replace the glow plug that exceeds the specified value.

2) Connect a test lamp between the battery power supply circuit (pin 6 of C114) and the body ground.

Repair the open circuit or high resistance in the battery power supply circuit between the ENGINE 15A fuse and the glow control unit (pin 6 of C95). Inspect the ENGINE 15A fuse first.
1) Turn OFF the ignition switch.
2) Connect a test lamp between the ground circuit (pin 5 of C114) and the battery power supply.

1) Inspect the control circuit between the glow control unit (pins 1, 2, 3, and 4 of C114) and the glow plug (pin 1 of E93, pin 1 of E94, pin 1 of E95, pin 1 of E96) for the following. Is the result normal?

1) Inspect for a blown out GLOW 60A slow blow fuse. Is the result normal?
Yes
=>Go to Inspection for open circuit in glow relay battery power supply circuit.
No
Replace the slow blow fuse. If the slow blow fuse blows out again, repair the short to ground in the circuits relating to the GLOW 60A slow blow fuse.
1) Turn OFF the ignition switch.
2) Remove the glow relay.
3) Connect a test lamp between the battery power supply circuit (pin 1 of Fuse and Relay Box (Engine Compartment) GLOW) and the body ground.
