DTC P2002 Particulate Trap Efficiency Below Threshold (4JJ3 with DPD)

1. DTC P2002 description

The exhaust differential pressure sensor is installed to the cylinder head cover bracket near the DPD. The exhaust differential pressure sensor changes the signal voltage in accordance with changes in the exhaust gas pressure difference between the front and rear of the DPD filter. If the ECM detects that the exhaust differential pressure is lower by a predetermined amount when compared with the calculated exhaust gas flow amount, the DTC is set.
