DTC B1018[45] ECU Failure(Program Memory Failure) (Information Module)

1. DTC B1018[45] description

This diagnosis is performed on the microprocessor inside the information module.

2. Condition for setting DTC B1018[45]

  • The checksum of the FLASH ROM area allocated for the application is calculated only once when the information module is activated, and the calculated value does not correspond with the checksum value stored inside.

3. Action taken when DTC B1018[45] sets

  • The information module inhibits all operations.
