DTC U01B0[00] Lost Communication With Battery Sensor (Information Module)

1. DTC U01B0[00] description

The information module and the battery sensor communicate information with each other using the CAN bus. The information module determines whether CAN messages are constantly flowing from the battery sensor. If the information module cannot receive CAN messages from the battery sensor, the DTC is set.

2. Condition for setting DTC U01B0[00]

Condition for running the DTC

  • The ignition switch is ON.
  • The ignition voltage is 10 V or more.

Condition for setting the DTC

  • The information module detects that CAN messages from the battery sensor are not received for 5 seconds or more.
