LIFTGATE LOCK STRIKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Remove the trunk end trim. (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Remove the bolts, then remove the liftgate lock striker.

3.  Install in the reverse order of removal. (See Liftgate Lock Striker Installation Note.)

4.  Adjust the liftgate.

•  Refer to [LIFTGATE ADJUSTMENT] and adjust the liftgate lock striker so that the height difference and gap of the liftgate is within the specification. (See LIFTGATE ADJUSTMENT.)
