FRONT TURN LIGHT BULB REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Front Combination Light (Bulb Type)

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5 (WITHOUT i-stop)].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-D 2.2].)

2. Rotate the socket in the direction of the arrow (1) shown in the figure and remove it from the front combination light in the direction of the arrow (2) shown in the figure.

3. Remove the front turn light bulb.

Caution

• If there is oil or dirt on the surface of the light bulb, excessive heat will build up and the life of the light bulb will be shortened. If the light bulb glass area is touched, wipe off any dirt using a soft cloth dampened with detergent diluted in water (approx. 5 %).

4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Front Combination Light (LED Type)

1. Turn the steering wheel in the direction opposite to the side on which the bulb is to be removed.

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5 (WITHOUT i-stop)].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-D 2.2].)

3. Partially peel back the mudguard. (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4. Rotate the socket in the direction of the arrow (1) shown in the figure and remove it from the front combination light in the direction of the arrow (2) shown in the figure.

5. Remove the front turn light bulb.

6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
