MAZDA ERA-GLONASS CONTROL MODULE BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5 (WITHOUT i-stop)].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-D 2.2].)

2.  Remove the glove compartment. (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the Mazda ERA-GLONASS control module. (See MAZDA ERA-GLONASS CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Remove the screw.

5.  Move the cover in the direction of the arrows in the order of (1) and (2) and remove it from the Mazda ERA-GLONASS control module.

6.  Disconnect the connector.

7.  Remove the Mazda ERA-GLONASS control module battery.

8.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
