BONNET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Warning

•  Removing the bonnet without securing it could cause the bonnet to fall and cause serious injury. Always perform the procedure with at least one other person to prevent the bonnet from falling.

1.  Remove the bolts.

2.  Remove the bonnet.

3.  To remove the bonnet hinge, perform the following procedure.

(1)  Remove the bolts.

(2)  Remove the bonnet hinge.

4.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

5.  Adjust the bonnet. (See BONNET ADJUSTMENT.)
