POWER LIFTGATE (PLG) REAR SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Insert the remover tool into the position shown in the figure and remove the cover tab from the liftgate.

3.  Disconnect the connector.

4.  Press the power liftgate (PLG) rear switch tabs in the directions of the arrows shown in the figure and remove the power liftgate (PLG) rear switch from the cover.

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
