Replacement part

1.  Remove the front camera. (See FRONT CAMERA REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Disassemble in the order shown in the figure.

Step 2

4	Grille mesh
5	Radiator grille reinforcement

3.  Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

Rivet Removal Note

1.  Secure the rivet pin from the radiator grille reinforcement side using needle-nose pliers.

2.  Set the following diameter drill bit to the drill.

Caution

•  Always use a drill bit of the specified diameter when removing the rivet. If an inappropriate diameter drill bit is used, the radiator grille bracket and the radiator grille reinforcement may be damaged.

3.  Gouge off the rivet flange using the drill and remove the rivet.

4.  Remove any rivet shavings from the radiator grille bracket and the radiator grille reinforcement.

Upper Face Removal Note

1.  Insert a thin object having strength such as a ruler into the position shown in the figure, press up the upper face tabs and remove the upper face.
