Cautions when using a flat lift

Warning
•  Verify that the center parts of the attachments are set to the lift up positions (side sill) and then lift up the vehicle. If the attachments are set to the incorrect positions when the vehicle is lifted up, the vehicle may fall off the lift and cause a serious injury or death.
Caution
•  If the vehicle is lifted up without using the proper attachments, deformation and damage may occur due to the lift contacting the under cover. Use attachments which secure a distance of 85 mm {3.3 in} or more between the side sill and the lift.
