FRONT FENDER INSULATOR No.1 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Front over fender (See FRONT OVER FENDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Front tire (See WHEEL AND TIRE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Front mudguard (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Remove the front fender insulator No.1 boss area from the hole of the cowl side reinforcement.

3.  Pull out the front fender insulator No.1 from the flange area of the cowl side reinforcement.

4.  Remove the front fender insulator No.1.

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal. (See Front Fender Insulator No.1 Installation Note.)

Front Fender Insulator No.1 Installation Note

1.  When installing front fender insulator No.1, install it so that it does not cover the front over fender installation hole and the front mudguard installation hole.
