Purpose

• Each door glass except for the driver-side can be opened/closed with occupant seated in the cabin using the power window subswitch.

Function

• The power window subswitch switches circuits according to the following switch operation.

― Manual open

― Manual close

― Auto open

― Auto close

Construction

• The power window subswitch is equipped on the front passenger side.

Operation

Power window subswitch (Example: auto close operation)

1. When the power window subswitch is operated for an auto close operation, the contact points of the auto close switch and the manual close switch turn on (1).

2. When the door-electrical supply unit passenger detects an auto close signal, the power window motor (passenger’s side) performs an auto close operation (2).
