FLOOR UNDER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Floor Under Cover No.1

1.  Lift up the vehicle.

2.  Remove the gusset. (See FRONT CROSSMEMBER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the bolts.

4.  Remove the fasteners.

5.  Remove floor under cover No.1.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal. (See Floor under cover No.1 installation note.)

Floor under cover No.1 installation note

1.  Install the front mudguard at the front of floor under cover No.1.

Floor Under Cover No.2

1.  Lift up the vehicle.

2.  Remove the gussets. (See FRONT CROSSMEMBER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove floor under cover No.1. (See Floor Under Cover No.1.)

4.  Remove the bolts.

5.  Remove the fasteners.

6.  Remove floor under cover No.2.

7.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Floor Under Cover No.3

1.  Lift up the vehicle.

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Gusset (See FRONT CROSSMEMBER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Floor under cover No.1 (See Floor Under Cover No.1.)

(3)  Floor under cover No.4 (See Floor Under Cover No.4.)

(4)  Floor under cover No.2 (See Floor Under Cover No.2.)

3.  Remove the fasteners.

4.  Remove floor under cover No.3.

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

1.  Lift up the vehicle.

2.  Remove the bolts.

4.  Remove floor under cover No.4.

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
