Caution

<<High voltage>>

•  The high voltage circuit inspection differs from the 12 V circuit inspection method. Perform the inspection according to the high voltage service cautions. (See HIGH VOLTAGE SERVICE CAUTIONS.)

1.  Disconnect the negative lead-acid battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE LEAD-ACID BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Disconnect the applicable connector.

•  For the connector disconnection procedure, refer to the removal/installation procedure for each part.

3.  Inspect the applicable connector for the following: (See LEAD-ACID BATTERY VOLTAGE SERVICE CAUTIONS.)

•  Connector engagement and connection condition

•  Damage, deformation, corrosion, or disconnection of terminal

―  If there is any malfunction, repair or replace the malfunctioning location.
