COOLING FAN MOTOR INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-G 1.5, SKYACTIV-G 2.0]

1.  Verify that the battery is fully charged.

2.  Disconnect the cooling fan motor connector (2 terminals).

3.  Connect the cooling fan motor connector (2 terminals) and a tester as shown in the figure.

4.  Verify that cooling fan motor operates smoothly at the standard current.

•  If there is any malfunction, replace the cooling fan motor (See COOLING FAN MOTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 1.5, SKYACTIV-G 2.0].)
