DOOR SPEAKER INSPECTION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2. Remove the door trim. (See DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3. Disconnect the door speaker connector. (See DOOR SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4. Inspect the resistance between door speaker terminals B and C.

Door speaker resistance

Without Bose^®: 3.4—4.6 ohms

With Bose^®: approx. 2.1 ohms

• If not within the specification, replace the door speaker. (See DOOR SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
