Note

•  Perform the “DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOE LEARNED RESET” when replacing the diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor. (See DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOE LEARNED RESET [MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6)].)

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6)].)

2.  Disconnect the diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor connector.

3.  Remove the diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor installation nuts.

4.  Remove the diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor.

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
