Standard Clearance
a: 1.1-0.9 mm {0.04-0.03 in}
b: -1.5—0.5 mm {–0.05—0.01 in}
•  If the measured value exceeds the standard clearance, adjust the trunk lid using the following procedure:
1.  Loosen the bolts, and reposition the trunk lid. (See TRUNK LID REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
2.  Tighten the bolts. (See TRUNK LID REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

Standard Clearance
a: 2.5—4.5 mm {0.10—0.17 in}
b: 2.7—4.7 mm {0.11—0.18 in}
c: 4.0—8.0 mm {0.16—0.31 in}
•  If the gap is out of the standard clearance, adjust the trunk lid using the following procedure:
1.  Loosen the bolts, and reposition the trunk lid lock striker. (See TRUNK LID LOCK STRIKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
2.  Tighten the bolts. (See TRUNK LID LOCK STRIKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
