Resistance Inspection

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 1.3, MZR 1.5].)

2. Disconnect the EGR valve connector.

3. Measure the resistance between the EGR valve terminals.

Standard

Terminal	Resistance (ohm)
C—E C—A D—B D—F	12—16 (At room temperature)

• If not within the specification, replace the EGR valve. (See EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 1.3, MZR 1.5].)
