ENERGY-ABSORBING FORM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Front Energy-absorbing Form

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.  Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION)

3.  Remove the fasteners.

4.  Pull the front energy-absorbing form in the indicated of the arrow shown in the figure then remove the pins.

5.  Remove the front energy-absorbing form.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Energy-absorbing Form

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.  Remove the rear combination light. (See REAR COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the rear bumper. (See REAR BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Remove the fasteners.

5.  Remove the rear energy-absorbing form.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
