EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[ZJ, ZY, Z6]

With Throttle Valve Actuator Only

1.  Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[ZJ, ZY, Z6].)

2.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3.  Drain the engine coolant from the radiator. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT[ZJ, ZY, Z6].)

4.  Disconnect the EGR valve connector.

5.  Remove in the order indicated in the table.

1	Engine coolant hose
2	EGR valve (See EGR valve installation note.)

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

EGR valve installation note

1.  Replace the EGR valve gasket.
