VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (WITHOUT ABS)[F35M-R]

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.  Remove the battery and battery tray.

3.  Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor connector.

4.  Remove the vehicle speed sensor.

5.  Apply transaxle oil to a new O‐ring and install it on a new vehicle speed sensor.

6.  Install the vehicle speed sensor.

Tightening torque
7.8—11 N·m {80—112 kgf·cm, 70—97 ft·lbf}

7.  Connect the vehicle speed sensor connector.

8.  Install the battery and battery tray.

9.  Connect the negative battery cable.
