TEL ANTENNA REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [MZR 1.6].)(See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 1.5, SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5].)(See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-D 1.5].)(See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-D 2.2].)

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Center speaker grille (See SPEAKER GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Glove compartment (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(4)  Center display (See CENTER DISPLAY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Move the tel antenna in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure while pressing the tab in the direction of arrow (1) .

4.  Remove the connector from the tel antenna bracket.

5.  Disconnect the connector and remove the tel antenna.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
