Information display/Multi information display configuration error
DETECTION CONDITION
•  Information display/Multi information display detects the configuration error when the ignition is ACC or ON.
•  Information display/Multi information display configuration not implemented.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
•  Information display/Multi information display configuration error
•  Information display/Multi information display malfunction

PERFORM INFORMATION DISPLAY/MULTI INFORMATION DISPLAY CONFIGURATION
•  Perform the information display/multi information display configuration using the M-MDS.
•  Clear the DTC from information display/multi information display using the M-MDS.
•  Perform the information display/multi information display DTC inspection using the M-MDS.
•  Is the same DTC present?
Yes
Perform the information display/multi information display configuration again, then go to the next step.

No
Go to Step 3.

VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED
•  Clear the DTC from information display/multi information display using the M-MDS.
•  Perform the information display/multi information display DTC inspection using the M-MDS.
•  Is the same DTC present?
Yes
Replace the information display/multi information display, then go to the next step.

No
Go to the next step.

VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCs ARE PRESENT
•  Are any DTCs present?
Yes
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.

No
DTC troubleshooting completed.
