• Detection of situation where vehicle-type or drive system input signal and ABS HU/CM information remains incongruent through CAN information

INSPECT ABS HU/CM FOR MISMATCHED INSTALLATION
• Verify ABS HU/CM part number.
• Has a ABS HU/CM with the correct part number been installed?

Yes
|
Go to the next step.
|

No
|
Replace with correct ABS HU/CM part number, then go to Step 4.

INSPECT RELATED WIRING HARNESS FOR MISMATCHED INSTALLATION
• Verify wiring harness part number.
• Has a wiring harness with the correct part number been installed?

Yes
|
Go to the next step.
|
|
No
|
Replace with correct wiring harness part number, then go to next Step.
|

|
CONFIGULATE ABS HU/CM
• Can ABS HU/CM configulate properly?
|
Yes
|
Go to the next step.
|
|
No
|
Replace ABS HU/CM.
|

|
VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED
• Make sure to reconnected all disconnect connectors.
• Clear the DTC from the memory.
(See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS [ABS].)
• Is same DTC present?

Yes
|
Replace ABS HU/CM, then go to the next step.
|

No
|
Go to the next step.

VERIFY AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE
• Is there any other DTC present?
|
Yes
|
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
(See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS [ABS].)

No
|
Troubleshooting completed.
