FRONT FENDER INSULATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Front Fender Insulator No.1

1.  Remove the front mudguard. (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Remove front fender insulator No.1 in the direction of the arrow.

3.  Install in the reverse order of removal. (See Front fender insulator No.1 installation note.)

Front fender insulator No.1 installation note

1.  When installing front fender insulator No.1, do not cover the fastener of front mudguard installation hole with front fender insulator No.1.

Front Fender Insulator No.2

Removal

1.  Remove the front mudguard. (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Remove front fender insulator No.2 in the order of arrows (1) and (2) shown in the figure.

Installation

1.  Push front fender insulator No.2 in the direction of the arrow and install it to the position shown in the figure.

2.  Push front fender insulator No.2 in the direction of the arrow and install it to the position shown in the figure.

3.  Push front fender insulator No.2 in the direction of the arrows and install it to the position shown in the figure.

4.  Install the front mudguard. (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
