RUNNING LIGHT BULB REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Bulb Type

SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5

1.  Turn the steering wheel to full right lock. (Running light bulb (LH))

2.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

3.  Partially peel back the mudguard (LH). (Running light bulb (LH)) (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Rotate the socket in the direction of the arrow (1) shown in the figure and remove it from the front combination light in the direction of the arrow (2) shown in the figure.

5.  Remove the running light bulb.

Caution

•  If there is oil or dirt on the surface of the light bulb, excessive heat will build up and the life of the light bulb will be shortened. If the light bulb glass area is touched, wipe off any dirt using a soft cloth dampened with detergent diluted in water (approx. 5 %).

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

1.  Turn the steering wheel to full lock.

2.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

3.  Partially peel back the mudguard. (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Rotate the socket in the direction of the arrow (1) shown in the figure and remove it from the front combination light in the direction of the arrow (2) shown in the figure.

5.  Remove the running light bulb.

Note

•  The LED-type running light is integrated with the front combination light.

•  When replacing the LED-type running light, replace the front combination light. (See FRONT COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
