VANITY MIRROR ILLUMINATION BULB REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Bulb Type

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Insert a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver into the service hole in the position shown in the figure.

3.  While pressing the lens tabs in the direction of the arrows (1) shown in the figure, pull the lens in the direction of the arrow (2) shown in the figure to detach the lens tabs from the sunvisor.

4.  Remove the lens.

5.  Remove the vanity mirror illumination bulb.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

LED Type

Note

•  The LED for the vanity mirror illumination cannot be replaced separately. If there is any malfunction in the LED, replace the vanity mirror illumination as a single unit. (See VANITY MIRROR ILLUMINATION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
