1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the EGR valve connector.
3. Drain the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT [L8, LF, L3, L3 Turbo].)
4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
