RADIATOR GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-D 2.2].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5 (WITHOUT i-stop)].)

2.  Remove the set plate. (See SET PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Disconnect the signature wing illumination connector. (See SIGNATURE WING ILLUMINATION SHORT CORD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5.  Remove fasteners.

6.  Remove screws.

7.  While pressing the hooks in the direction of arrows (1) shown in the figure, move the radiator grille in the direction of arrow (2), and detach the radiator grille tab from the front bumper.

8.  Pull the radiator grille in the direction of the arrow (3) and remove it from the front bumper.

9.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

10.  Adjust the front fog light aiming. (with front fog lights) (See FRONT FOG LIGHT AIMING.)
