DTC P0154:00 [MZR-CD 2.2]
id0102f3147200
DTC P0154:00 |
A/F sensor circuit no activity detected |
---|---|
DETECTION CONDITION
|
• The PCM monitors oxygen density using A/F sensor when the ignition switch to the ON position. The difference in oxygen density between atmosphere and A/F sensor value is more than 35 % for 7 sec., the PCM determines that the A/F sensor is not activated.
Monitoring condition
Diagnostic support note
• The MIL illuminates if the PCM detects the above malfunction condition in first drive cycle.
• PENDING CODE is available if the PCM detects the above malfunction condition during the first drive cycle.
• FREEZE FRAME DATA is available.
• The DTC is stored in the PCM memory.
|
POSSIBLE CAUSE
|
• Engine coolant leakage
• A/F sensor looseness
• Exhaust gas leakage from exhaust manifold
• Intermittent open or short circuit between PCM terminal 2AF and A/F sensor terminal A
• Intermittent open or short circuit between PCM terminal 2AE and A/F sensor terminal B
• A/F sensor malfunction
• Insufficient compression
• PCM malfunction
