FRESH AIR DUCT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [AJ (3.0L Duratec)]

1. Remove the air cleaner. (See AIR CLEANER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [AJ (3.0L Duratec)].)

2. Remove the battery.

3. Remove the battery tray.

4. Remove the fresh air duct installation bolt and fresh air duct.

Note

• Verify that the front sponge seal for the fresh air duct is installed correctly to the shroud panel.

5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

8 N·m {82 kgf·cm, 71 in·lbf}
