1. Disconnect the TP sensor connector.
2. Disconnect the IAC valve connector.
3. Disconnect the brake booster vacuum supply hose.
4. Disconnect the four vacuum lines.
5. Disconnect the PCV vacuum line.
6. Disconnect the KS connector.
7. Remove the generator. (See GENERATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [YF (2.0L Zetec)].)
8. Remove the intake manifold and fuel distributor as a unit.
9. Remove the intake manifold with the throttle body.
10. Install in the reverse order of removal.
