1. Remove the fuel distributor. (See FUEL DISTRIBUTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [AJ (3.0L Duratec)].)
2. Remove the fuel injector from the fuel distributor.
3. Inspect the O-ring sealing and replace it if necessary.
4.• Apply clean engine oil to a new O-ring sealing.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
