1. Remove the dynamic chamber. (See DYNAMIC CHAMBER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [AJ (3.0L Duratec)].)
2. Disconnect the ignition coil connector.
3. Disconnect the condenser connector.
4. Disconnect the ECT sensor connector.
5. Disconnect the 16-pin connectors.
6. Disconnect the PSP switch connector.
7. Disconnect the fuel injector connectors and release the wiring harness locators from the fuel distributor.
8. Disconnect the CMP sensor connector.
9. Remove the tire and wheel (RH).
10. Remove the lower splash shield (RH).
11. Disconnect the CKP sensor connector.
12. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor connector.
13. Lower the vehicle.
14. Remove the fuel charging wiring harness from the vehicle.
15. Install in the reverse order of removal.
